A little bit about me! I'm Chris, I have over 10 years of experience as a Sports Therapist but don't let that fool you into thinking I only treat sports people. I treat everyone from those who need posture correction and have injuries, to those who simply want to relax or stay free from aches and pains.
I am passionate about helping people get out of pain and helping people to understand their bodies in order to prevent further injuries. I specialise in posture correction, which I find is the root cause of a lot of problems. If you have a strong core and you have good posture, you are far less likely to pick up injuries or endure aches and pains.
I can help you achieve this goal through treatments, exercise and stretching plans, or with The Body M.O.T. programme that I have personally developed to assess and address weaknesses in the body. I am trained in myofascial release, and trigger point therapy, which are the main basis for the majority of my treatments. I am also trained in deep or soft tissue massage, Swedish massage for relaxation and Sports massage.
